Web Contact Systems

Web Contact Systems is the area of Eudata products which allows Web access to telephone applications.

 

The following features are common to all products of this category:

- Flash based interface

- SIP protocol as a support for telephony, XMPP protocol as a support for IM and Presence

You can also find:

- Web Phone: SIP phone, qualified to be registered on Cisco CUCM

- UnYco: Unified communication system, able to manage IM, Audio, Video channels

- Click To Call: this application allows the set up of voice communications directly from the Web interface
